What exactly is WePiano?

WePiano is an online hub for pianists of all levels looking to learn new skills and improve. Our diverse and growing catalog of in-depth courses covers everything from music theory and fundamentals to styles like Blues, Rock and Pop. Have a look! WePiano was started by the same team that brought you HDpiano, the best place to learn your favorite songs on piano. You might see some content & branding that refers to the HDpiano Academy – that was our name before we changed it to WePiano 😉

How much does it cost?

Currently we offer a monthly or annual membership that grants members access to all of the content and features available within the site including but not limited to: courses, community, practice tasks, play-along tracks, progress tracking, live Zoom events, and more! What if I’m a total beginner?

That’s okay! We have the courses and content you need to get started. Once logged in, visit our learning paths page to find some courses that will get you off the ground. Later this fall we’ll be releasing a 30-step course for starting from square… zero. Curious to learn more? Sign up for our mailing list!

I’ve been playing for years,
do you have high level courses?

Absolutely! Our instructors are world-class professional musicians with thriving creative careers. You’ll find a quality of education here that you just won’t find from a lot of other online sources. Filter for our Intermediate and Advanced courses and see what appeals to you or sign up and start engaging with one of our more advanced groups.

Do I need to read sheet music?

We’re one of the few online piano academies that doesn’t rely heavily on sheet music. We just don’t think staring at notes on a page is all that helpful when learning new concepts! Instead we use custom rhythm and chord graphics that give you the tools you need to think a little more freely about what it means to play music!

Can I get a free trial (or a refund)?

We aren’t currently offering free trials, but if for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your WePiano membership you can receive your money back within 30 days, no questions asked. While WePiano is relatively new to the scene, our parent company HDpiano has been around for over a decade with five star reviews wherever you look.
